I offer natural, reportage-style portrait photography

in Bournemouth, London and throughout the South. Natural, because when you are comfortable and relaxed in familiar surroundings, as opposed to being distracted by the unnatural process of being photographed in a studio, you become the perfect subject - you. I photograph people in an environment that is entirely natural to them. My aim is to capture the true essence of my subjects.

For me, portrait photographs work best in natural light. If additional lighting has to be used, I keep it to the bare minimum. I always discuss and agree locations with you in advance, and make a preliminary assessment of all locations, to anticipate lighting and logistical limitations.

You will also be guided on suitable clothing, before the shoot.
